The first step of any project is requesting a free estimate. You can either fill out our Free Estimate Form, or call us. For the best results, we prefer to meet in person to discuss your free quote. However, we work with you and your schedule and offer phone calls with a follow-up email quote.

After receiving your free estimate, the next step is to schedule a meeting. In this meeting, we’ll discuss zone regulations, sign a contract, and schedule the project. Because local zoning laws vary, we let our customers pull the permits. This helps clarify what you’re allowed to build and how we can help you accomplish your goals.

The last step is getting your new building! Usually, we do most of the excavation for our projects. From signing the contract to excavation takes 4-12 weeks on average. Next, we start building 1-2 weeks after the excavation process is complete. And voila! Big or small, your customized building is ready to use.
